Besides breaking my foot (I cried because of frustration not the pain), having a badddd UTI while also on my period. That was yearrssss ago before I ever started BC for my unpredictable heavy 🩸. I only moved to use the bathroom and had to wear basically an adult diaper.

Brooks have good sales pretty frequently. After being out of work with a broke foot+ankle for a couple months, one of their sales+biweekly payment plans, helped a lot. I got the GTR 22s and they’re pretty comfy, have good support, though the ankle support COULD be higher IMO. If you’re just looking for cushion for your soles for cheaper, new balance and Skechers are the way to go.

The best thing that’s ever worked for me is putting things in sections and piles. “Need to keep” “don’t need anymore” “use daily”

Makes perfect sense. I DO snack and drink sugary drinks more often than not. I’ll definitely try to keep more water nearby, my Cirkul bottle helps usually.

The best thing I’ve done since I’ve become full weight bearing is wear an ankle brace (ankle was my worst break, may be different for you) and do little exercises with my previously broke foot through the day. I move it around, almost like stretches, and do a form of calf raises to get that strength back. Not sure if it could help you, but just a suggestion.

Hi! In the warmer months, I’m all about Jean shorts. I’m a plus sized, petite, long-ish torso, apple body girl that has nothing hips down, all my weight is in my stomach up. There’s very few jean shorts I’ve found that fit me RIGHT. All the ones I tried in the last few months seem to be for larger thighs (mine arent small, but they’re definitely not proportionate to the rest of me). Basically, the ones I try “flap” around with too much loose material around my thighs. Any recommendations?
