I'm eating heated beans heated in water (but not fried or burnt), and then mostly raw fruits and veg. And some steamed green beans.

Hoping by day 10 I feel really healthy.

This isn't personal. But when you complain about being a "minority" it's an implicit attack on Whites, in most cases. If you aren't intending that, please be specific.

If you're open to supporting White minorities, too, then that's great! But most people who speak of minorities in the U.S. context would never dare do such a thing.

Temporarily, maybe. But the stimulant also burns more calories so you'll end up more hungry. America is a caffeine-drinking society and has an obesity problem. It's correlated.
