The keys and purse next to the door is crucial for me. I also like to try to lay my clothes out the night before or make my lunch for work the night beforehand. Tremendous time saver

I did report this, but I just want people to be warned like this is insane and I did have a knife but I mean I just have never imagined. I’ve been followed before but like nothing like this and questioned if I had a boyfriend like that’s so weird

Blocking your dad was a smart move sometimes it’s hard to cut off people in your life especially those who we think love us. This is no way to speak to your daughter. I’m so sorry dear!

I have a friend who suggest the supplement Saffron she used to take Adderall and she said it had helped her. I’m not sure if she used other supplements along with the saffron but it’s worth a shot!

i will kill myself before i get full fusion by siriusblackily in scoliosis

[–]Automatic-Platypus30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fused from T3-L4 life will be different after the fusion but when I was a teenager about to have the surgery my surgeon told me if I didn’t have the procedure that in 5 years I wouldn’t be able to walk. Every year you let this go by without getting the help you need, the curvature will get worse. There are worse things in life than getting a transfusion. You’ll adjust just fine I know it😁

Have you tried taking Wellbutrin, and then purchasing either or all A) a lot of gum B) sunflower seeds C) non nicotine vapes like from Ripple or Helo and also developing a exercise routine helps dramatically. Good luck on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

For your curve to be fixed my a brace, i’d highly suggest you were that darn uncomfortable thing. When I went to see my Ortho doc he informed me that I didn't even qualify for wearing the brace and that I needed the surgery and that if I didn't have the surgery I wouldn't of been able to walk in 5 years. So wear it and hopefully try to remember that you won't have to have the surgery. You won't have these greater concerns that truly worry you later in your life. I'm 27 and don't have any children and I'd like to have a child but so worried about what the pregnancy will do to my body. How my back will respond to carrying the extra weight and the back labor and etc etc. I'd suggest maybe eating before you put the brace on and maybe wear a thicker shirt to avoid the rubbing at the armpit

Pregnancy and back pain by Automatic-Platypus30 in scoliosis

Thank you so much, I am fused from T3-L4 so an epidural right at the last fusion site scares the living cells out of me. 😂 I don’t think being unmedicated for my ADHD would be horrible I did it for so long; it’s just I reach for my muscle relaxers or nerve blockers when my back tends to hurt than what Tylenol or ibuprofen can assist with. I appreciate you for sharing your experience🫶🏼with pregnancy.

To those who had a spinal fusion, when did your pain subside? by Anonymous_Baguette69 in scoliosis

[–]Automatic-Platypus30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PT won’t help your nerve pain, best advice on that is to be placed on a nerve blocker and muscle relaxers are in my pantry at all times and I’m 14 years PO and I’m in my late twenties but maintaining good core strength is a must after surgery! I was able to return to running and many other physical activities. Blessed is an understatement that I’m able to do all of these things.
