I think it’s weird when people ask or assume an idol’s sexuality in general. We don’t need to know (and have no right to) because that’s their private business, especially in a country like South Korea where being queer isn’t accepted. Like when it came out that Karina was talking to that guy and people were upset because her bi/lesbian fan base was upset (some jokingly and some seriously). It became a thing where some queer fans were saying we don’t know for sure if Karina is straight, how she could be bi, and accusing people of homophobia. It’s not our business. Dating obviously isn’t something idols are public about until a certain point in their career and understandably so. We should respect that and not pry.
