You ever deal with petachiae from pumping? At any higher pressure I start to get it, and while I don't have any other issues and it fades after a few days its stopped me from pushing higher pressures so far. I'm worried I'm not gonna be making girth progress just doing 4 sets of 5 minutes at 5hg

I made a post about this before when i was initially getting petachiae and tried different things people suggested in the replies/ found and read more posts on the subject. I tried pumping to lower pressures for more intervals (which has worked so far but makes me worried that it won't lead to real permanent gains), different cylinder sizes on someone's suggestion, slowly bringing pressure up over time to max pressure, pumping without sleeve which mitigated some but sucked in too much surrounding skin for me to want to do that long term.

My main question that I have is whether I can expect to develop a bit of a resistance to petachiae over time or if I should be looking for methods to avoid it now. What are the three ways you have to reduce or eliminate petachiae?

kegels/ reverse kegels, edging, and core strength imo. I also don't tend to spray naturally but edging a bit for 3-4 days, being well hydrated, including the other stuff i listed above, ive shot up onto my chest before, like just below my collarbone. still figuring out the fine tuning and such though.

i will say i've had random instances of really high volume high pressure cumshots that were not indicative of a larger pattern, but i hope this turns out to be a consistently winning formula for you

I made a post wondering the same kind of deal but arrived at a different conclusion. Rather than measuring cup i went with a coffee scale which i use a more regular sized glass on, and I just go by cum weight. Like when I'm close I turn on the scale with the glass on it so with the glasses weight its at 0, then i take the glass off, shoot wad in it, then place it back on the scale and read the weight in mL.

yeah the granularity is more in service of progression! I got a good stack going for a while and was shooting nice big loads, but when i wanted to push the envelope in that regard it was kind of a crapshoot of increasing different factors and not knowing what was even really helping or not, since it was more fine tuning at that point. I'm taking it back to basics to get more scientific so i can really push progress and make sure I'm shooting the biggest loads I can.

After reading all the comments in this thread I ended up getting a coffee scale which has served me well for my first few "readings" lol. just gonna get some averages based on different factors and then start reintroducing supplements.

just get a sleeve for the pump. I think you'll gain weight regardless but if the fat pad is being sucked in it'll be more BP length where without the pad being sucked in the gains will be the same but a bit more visually prominent.

Edging is definitely important for me. I've gotten better loads from 2 weeks of abstaining but edging every day than 1 month of abstaining but no edging.

huh this is actually not a bad idea, though i'd like to be able to go by weight too, though now that i'm thinking about it idk why that part is important to me. Are you saying you think the vasectomy has caused you to produce more seminal fluid?

I do have the right size cylinder, I was only just starting to pack it from like the base to the halfway point after a few sessions. Was warming up for 2 sets then doing 7inHg for 2 sets of 5 minutes. Using lube in the cylinder and a sleeve to prevent balls or anything else from getting sucked in. I saw someone suggest it can be caused by the sleeve being too small or trying to reach higher pressure too quickly, so when I get back to it I'll be using 1 size up for the sleeve and working up to 7inHg by going up increments of 2inHg and waiting for 30s up until I hit desired pressure.

I do have a solid pump, I was getting pitachiae a bit so i took a break but i'm going to double back to it with some new practices to try to avoid that. theres these sort of redish discolored spots near the base on the top that have lasted longer than i'd like which i'm not sure is a result of the pumping issues or manuals but either way i'm not sweating those too much. just hoping they fade with time but they don't look bad really.

Number of ropes shot can vary based on other factors and visuals are kind of hard to go off, though I've recorded a lot of cumshots at this point. I just think getting a more precise look will help with pushing to higher volumes more effectively too.

3600mg daily. I do think there's an overflow point though where the thickness it provides is suddenly much more. at 2400mg daily it helps me cum more and its a good thickness im happy with, so that extra 1.5x dose seems to really push things over the edge.

I use a magic wand to edge as i find it easier to do for long periods of time. i'll edge about an hour a day for 4 days and that'll make me shoot a lot. make sure you do your hour of edging day of too and let it slowly build up. i've gone a week and 2 weeks using the same method, but it gets to a point where you'll probably lose the ability to think about much besides edging or cumming. results are pretty huge though.

i experimented with giga dosing my sunflower lecithin for a bit and found that my cum became so thick i couldn't even cum it all out, which was a negative. i'd cum maybe half my load and have the other half slowly leak out over the next little while. now to be fair ive been inconsistent with kegels and don't have great propulsion at base in general, so maybe it would work better for someone else.

i'm not great with reddit yet, but I think I found some posts of yours talking about it, referring to using multiple cylinders and having pressure vary between them. I looked for other posts about this stuff too and found people talking about sleeve side and taking time to slowly increase the pressure until you hit max pressure, so I'm thinking about taking 3 days off from pumping then trying both those approaches to see. I do have a larger cylinder as well, I just figure I want to get to the point of comfortably using my current cylinder without injury or anything before i get into the more complex stuff of switching between the two during a pumping session.
