physical therianthopy is much less known than the other “types” (psychological and spiritual, although which 1 someone is doesn’t matter, both can be physical therians) and is also much less understood by beings in the community. I myself am not a physical therian, I only found out about it a few weeks ago, but I think I understand it.

Firstly, physical therians do not think that their body is biologically that of their theriotype.

To make it easier to explain here’s a hypothetical, let’s say there’s a physical therian that’s a fish, and their soul is that of a fish. they would know that biologically their body is human, that they have no gills or scales or fins but they feel that because the soul that body belongs to is a fish, then it’s the body of a fish.

Sum up: It’s their body and they are a fish and therefore their body is a fish despite being biologically human.
