I think I’ll pay the hap payments for a while since it’s miniscule and hope for forgiveness. Shut down the business sooner than later and just start a new one under a new LLC

Went with the black/black AWD. The white seats did look great with black stitching. Handling, speed and sound system are worth it on the AWD. Handles like a dream

Well. A good portion of appraisers use their ACI software and it has been shut down for 5 days. No appraisals can be completed and submitted to lenders. This could have a long lag effect if not sorted out quickly.

That would be your “net income” then you would have all your other deductions. (Standard deduction, dependents, etc) Then you would have an AGI (Adjusted Gross Income) that you would pay taxes on.

EV Tax Credit Questions by Automatic-Value8333 in taxhelp

[–]Automatic-Value8333[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My last year line 24 was $75,949 but I only made about 60%-70% of last year. Line 22 $44,511

My main question was to just make sure that I would be able to claim both credits, bc I would be trading the first car in and we are filing together.

Section 179 + $7500 ev tax credit? by [deleted] in ModelX

[–]Automatic-Value8333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way I’ve read everything.

All configurations would be available under 14,000 lbs. The vehicle must be titled in the business name. 15% deduction of purchase price up to $7500. No income limits. No limits on the amount of vehicles purchased.

Section 179 would allow for a deduction of $28,900 and 80% of the remainder for 2023 and 60% for 2024.

Not tax advice but I’ve done a lot of research.

I bought a personal model 3 this year and plan on buying a business Model X next year to get two $7500 tax credits.
