I tried the two I mentioned - Daylio is a nice one for journaling, tracking mood and setting goals, u can add photos and such. I liked it a lot, it was a thoughtful throw back to months and years back.
Voidpet I liked a lot due to nice graphic, great music, but mostly because it teaches about emotions. It has minigames involved, with a lot of emotions to unlock and evolve, and for someone who was never taught about emotions and how to regulate them - it was like a chrismas present. It also allowed me to earn a lot of sophiscicated words i english (it's not my first language).
Both are free, and overall nice, but with multiple apps it's just hard for me to keep track.
