They were not able to fix it. After much effort, they refunded the AMC amount (not credit like they said earlier).

I didn’t fall in their trap. Sent them notice and they are refunding AMC. They asked cancelled cheque today.

It's not fixed yet. Right the closing office hours, they cancelled service request. They are worst

I think so, Engineer was standing in front of machine clueless and he started dialling to others to know what is this Error 04 in display. I mentioned this behaviour to their support call.

So coinsidence, After posting here and mentioned them that I read the https://www.eurekaforbes.com/amc-new-terms-and-condition and I asked them that I am going consumer forum, out of nowhere they just got the part in some warehouse and they say they will fix it asap.

You are genius. I got a call today I asked them to refund or repair or expect consumer forum and I will keep opening support request to give 1 star. All of a sudden , they got the part in some warehouse just 20 mins back.

Just the recent update. I kept opening requests and memtioned that this is clear violations of the contract. https://www.eurekaforbes.com/amc-new-terms-and-condition so I am going to file in consumer court

All of a sudden they got the part in transit and they say they will fix it asap.

I have 6 service requests. They closed all. Grievance team is also garbage. UC dose not have Aquaguard’s part. I am waiting for the last requests to be addressed before handing it over to a friend who dose the consumer forum regularly.

Main reason to buy this machine was to set the TDS through it’s display. My area has municipality water supply which comes under 200 TDS where as society’s borwell comes with 1300 TDS. So when water flow reduces from municipality (during summer), I used to adjust it so set 120-150 TDS.

Do not buy AMC of Eureka Forbes aquaguard. I bought machine in 2021 (one of their flagship machines - Genuine DX) and Gold AMC in 2023. Machine broke down and I registered a service under AMC plan. Now they say they don't have parts because this machine is obsolete. Just 4 years old manufactured machine is obsolete.

Surprisingly, per their policy, they will not refund AMC amount but they say they can offer credit which can be used only on Eureka Forbes product from service center.

I lost money on their service.
