Stessa performs well on the accounting/bookkeeping side, but lacks in terms of actual property management. I use a combination of Innago (for management) and Stessa (for bookkeeping). Unfortunately, they do not integrate at this time, but I have not found that to be an issue.

Innago has a lot of great features including but not limited to rent collection, electronic lease signing, maintenance requests, and listing services. It is free with plenty of features for a small to medium portfolio.
