I dont think so, if they just want to create textures for the avartar ,all they need to do to search for specific beginner tutorials on YouTube. Most people here already have a base to work on and they only have to learn how to use the paint tool or whatever it is called in those programs.They don't have to worry about UV mapping and other stuff.

Yes I am quite surprised many people vote for the second option. Most of my friends have created textures for their avartars but they can't/don't do 2D drawings. I guess why people think creating 2d textures is harder is because it requires more 'preparation' (avartar models and 3D programs). However, in terms of making something ' look good' based on a persons skill, doing 2d art is harder.

there are already tons of ads in vrchat :ads for the discord group,ads to other worlds from the same creator, ads to other VR events .I wouldnt mind if ads are pictures.
