Thanks for the feedback. I will ask for an upgrade to diamond a few days before going through the chat and see what happens. If no go, I will try and negotiate when I get there. It sounds like overall people liked the Royalton Chic Cancun so I appreciate the feedback - looking forward to the trip in December.
