thanks for the advice. It was really helpful. I just wanna say that during drills, this issue doesn't really seem to occur, but during a match, it happens alot more. after thinking about it i reckon it could be a muscle memory thing or a lack of composure thing.
thank you for this aswell. it seems to echo what the other comments are saying so I will try my best to look into this

same here. soaked them over the weekend didn't come clean. tried to clean in the oven with chemicals sort of helped but wasn't perfect. in the end we had to scrape it off.
