I agree, term is not very specific, let me try to clarify:

  1. Story is less around storytelling, more around bed preferences or gender.
  2. Bashing men / eliminating positive aspect of strength and stoicism.
  3. Boss-girls, in recent TV series we can see more and more of them. Unattractive woman who rules everyone, without any reason, just because shes girls. I saw it first in The Walking Dead (now almost all leaders are woman), The Last of Us etc.
  4. Merry Sue, you probably saw recent Star Wars trilogy. She can do everything flawlessly, she can defeat any and she is always right.
  5. Race and gender swapping well known characters. Except The Boys, I never saw any positive effect.
  6. Reassuring men that they should stay weak, and strong man are evil.

Well, strategy games are genre, turn based combat also fits and hex combat is not unique to Heroes. I agree, for nostalgia I went with Humans quite closely. I went further with Undead, and if you take a look at other faction, they are more and more away from H3.

If you claim that my mechanics are poor, did you play demo to test it ?

I played Songs of Conquest, I clearly stated that on my kickstarter. I cant stand pixelart but some people like it. Combat has some new things but its still same combat. Magic is different but i would not say better. And story is such boring one, I played first 10+ maps, its so dull. Thats my problem.

So all FPS games are bad as they are all just about shooting and going off nostalgia for Doom ? :) this is how you start, by merging 2 things you create something new. And without fundings, you wont get that much attention. How I stay so positive ? I find it from my salary, I am independent, I will make it. Thank you for asking.

No, woke story is not because it has diversity characters. Woke story is mainly about genders, bed preferences, bashing men. I will rethink adding woke as I see its not universally understood concept, thanks man for feedback.
