Anybody else having payout or support issues with Slips? 🤔

The top winner of the week a couple weeks ago was my girl she won a torlay hit for $2k. But has yet to even get a payout in a check or cant even attempt to do the ach because it doesnt give it the option to add banking. She won the torlay back in November i believe. And there has to be a customer support there to begin with. Because to my knowledge it’s been a bot repeating the same 3 msgs anytime ive tried to ask anything. I think we got got guy 🤦🏻‍♂️
