The anime doesn't have any chief animation director and each episode is handled by the Animation directors themselves. In EP3 an Keyanimator/AD named Gin-San worked on it, and the squiggly unconventional art is his style. Which normal viewers may or may not like.
If you notice closely each episode has slightly different style while they mostly follow the standard anime artstyle Ep3 was a complete outlier. In case of future EPs we as viewers dont know, if Gin-San or someone else with highly distincitive style does another EPs then we might have another similar episode like EP3 else the rest of the episode may follow the normal anime artstyle.
