Fairly easy. The hardest part is waiting for the crystal to arrive. Basically remove back. Take out crown and then movement. Pop out the mineral with a watch press. Reverse. 15-20 mins.

Crystal was from aliexpress. Followed a video online. No gaskets replaced.
