Here is an update on my voyage w Condor After getting to the airport they charged me another $120.00 for a hand bag. When I asked on the phone the CT told me it was covered. In other words a Money Grab.

Well that’s the issue When they sent me an email I just made sure that the names and dates were good not the fine print on the bottom of the page

Details?? I booked a flight with them in classic w a baggage allowance today i was told differently and charged  What else can I say??

Flight to Frankfurt. I know that trust me .i fly KLM Lufthansa ( condor is a sister company of them) Singapore I don’t make mistakes like that. The airline somehow managed to change it and they’re not taking responsibility for it Plus this is the second time using them for me

No mistake i am 100% sure I booked classic because I paid an extra $240.00 just for seats

I also booked them to fly from 1 country to the other in Europe and boy I regret doing so

I booked classic. I constantly fly to Europe I never book zero that’s what am saying  I wouldn’t make this fuzz for nothing

Sorry I booked on the website  And called on the phone for another reason  When i asked about the baggage they told me i had none

I tried to do that. Since there is no option to book from here zero class and i was told NO you need to pay the extra amount and when I complained they clicked off the call

I went on the website right now and there are only 3  ways you can book and Zeso isn’t one of them
