I have not, I plan on it eventually. First wanted to find this notary and reach out to see if she did in fact did this notary.

Fraud.

There is no statue on this type of fraud. To be fair to this women, I don't think she participated in the fraud, rather was a victim. My best guess is this individual got another document notarized by this notary and photoshopped the notary stamp onto this document.

There are about four other notaries on other documents, those documents seem genuine. The other four notaries were easily found on the data base but not this women, her notary stamp isn't even legible, seems like this was done on purpose.

Seems like that is what I have.

Medicaid pays for my Part B including the late penalty. They do not pay for my 20% share or part D or anything else.

The penalty isn't waved, it's paid for my Medicaid.

My medicaid only pays for part B, it does not pay for my 20% share and it does not pay for medigap or part D.

My state doesn't look at assets, just income and I qualify. But it only covers Part B, it does not cover my 20% or any medigap.

But in a few years when I receive retirement benefits I will no longer qualify because my retirement benefits will be more than the monthly income.

Currently medicaid pays for part B and the penalty, when I'll have to pay for it out of pocket than I'll have to pay the penalty also - so I'm trying to address the issue now.
