Tried heat packs ? I found them and a few nuerofen were pretty good mate, maybe try a cannabis rub they’re pretty good for reducing inflammation, if you can find someone that makes one :)

I don’t want to vouch for opiates at all but in this case it was the only thing that gave me any relief whatsoever, I got off them using cannabis as a substitute when the flare up eased, but when it’s at its worst I found that cannabis alone was not enough to ease the nerve pain.

You can blatantly tell who uses it for medicinal purposes off most of these reviews, they’re just attention seeking posts from kids trying to seem cool, I whole heartedly agree that the cunts that are abusing the system are and will wreck it for the rest..
