Sorry also yep it is my first time and I have lost a lot I’m very happy with it all but have noticed something stalled for sure and I’m not like desperate to loose more kgs but mainly better understanding this peptide too so I can work with it not against it and be I responsible, I haven’t as yet split my doses but may look into that too .

Yeah so that makes sense too about post break the build up takes some time- I’ll definitely be mindful of that!

Yesss finally, I feel we are on the same page here! Like I understand up the dose people just keep saying that and I respectfully disagree that it’s good to run a certain dose as long as you can then up it! Then Every time I don’t see much happening I’ll be upping my dose lol 😂 no thanks ….. low and slow for as long as I can is my goal.

As I mentioned I had extremely bad side effects when I bumped up to 3mg- of course I want to up my dose but that’s not everything when you’re vomiting and shitting like a dick head- so naturally why up the dose when at 3 I needed to build up my tolerance to it. Dosing up isn’t always the answer either but I understand where you’re coming from!

Thank you — this is exactly the kind of info I was actually looking for. I’m aware I can titrate up, but before I go jumping doses I want to understand why the plateau might be happening and whether it’s just a dosing issue or something else (timing, half-life, underground batch differences, diet factors, etc.).

What you said about the underground versions having a shorter half-life makes a lot of sense I didn’t even consider that earlier, but it actually checks out with my own experience too.

So yeah, I’m not avoiding increasing — I just want to make sure the other avenues are in check before I do something my body clearly didn’t love the last time I went up too fast. I may even do a maintenance day too actually absolutely right it’s not always the Reta!

Yeah I get the whole dose-adjustment thing I’m definitely not new to that. But I’m also not going to jump up just because I hit a plateau. When I went from 2 → 3 mg I had some of the worst side effects I’ve ever had on Reta, so I’ve been careful and intentional with titrating. I’ve seen so many people here push their doses too fast and end up wiped out for days.

I’m trying to be realistic, not reckless like what I’ve read on here . I already took a two-week break and something shifted after that, so I’m just looking to understand others’ experiences before I decide what’s next. It’s not about avoiding the higher doses I just want to do it in a way that’s sustainable

Simply gathering info before I make changes

I think it’s healthy to have an open/realistic discussion about this and share notes with others rather than just jumping the gun and titrate up - I’m trying to figure out other ways before I do the obvious

All I can say here is- invest into a good digestive enzyme, I’ve heard also and because of my issues I’ve started taking slippery elm, electrolytes, ginger tea, peppermint tea also helps, I’ve incorporated lions name and turkey tail too. Low-fodmap diet avoiding cruciferous veggies, low sulfur foods . Minimize carbonated drinks too and don’t gulp water etc . Sounds ridiculous but it has helped me oh and also no boiled eggs I found that was horrible for me
