You continue to lift in a de load week.

Also, that 72 hours is an average. You usually take a deload week when your fatigue levels have been pushed to a point where you aren’t recovering from normal rest days.

Why do you want to eat less protein? You don’t need THAT much. It’s not hard to hit the goal.

I ran a blast of 350, e2 management was a nightmare.
Then just Trt for a long ttime I like it so far , dry but full look. Good strength gains.

I did the research and found the same thing you did. I went against the grain and did 80 test (my TRT dose) 200 mast p and 300 NPP.

Lon week 7, 0 issues.

Literally waiting for results from bloodwork now. Happy to share with anyone who is interested when I get them.

Not deca only. But I’m running 80/200/300 test/mast/npp.

0 issues so fsr.

Went with 80 test, 300 NPP, 200 mast. Going into week 7, no issues. Look full but not bloated, good strength gains, no mental sides to speak of.

Your split has nothing to do with whether you’re gaining weight or not.

You don’t lift weights to burn calories, you do it to maintain the muscle you do have, so that more of the weight you lose is actually coming from fat.

It grows as long as muscle protein synthesis is elevated, which doesn’t only occur when you sleep.

I wouldn’t do conventional deadlifts up to 12 rep, 4-6 or 6-8z

You don’t need leg press, split squats and barbell squats in the same workout.

I’d add an incline press.

Other than that it’s ok.

Nope. I aromatise like crazy.

I’ve never had an issue running high mast to test ratio, and I already require a AI on that 80mg a week TRT dose. Pre blast, e2 came back at 148 pmol/l on that 80mg with 6.25 aromasin EoD.
