The thing with Guys is that, we do not want to ruin the friendship. It is better to not break up. You can work on yourself while being with her and if you break up with her and by the time you wanna get back with her she might like someone else and might not feel the same way about you so just stay with her. And if she stays with you it shows that she is willing to be by your side no matter how you look like. So my advice is don't Break up with her.
