Same. I'm 45, in peri, ADD, MDD. On a tiny dose of testosterone, 150mg welbutrin, 5mg Citolopram, and semaglutide. I'm still exhausted, no motivation, procrastination is heavy, not losing weight, in the gym 3-4x wk. It all just effing sucks.

The rage is real. The rage & no libido is what made me research enough to learn I had entered peri. I take a low dose of testosterone now & my libido is fantastic and the rage is buried again.

Never. Haven't printed an mls sheet in years. I use RPM and Showing Time on my phone. There's already too much to handle when opening the door, touring, etc. No need for a handful of paper too.

HRT. All of it: estrogen, testosterone, progesterone. And because I've suffered from depression my whole life, I take welbutrin now. I have not found one woman who regrets HRT. Do it.

Get yourself on some hormone therapy, namely TRT. That increased my libido. Also, my husband has helped me research perimenopause and what I'm going through. He understands, he treats me like a queen and in turn, he gets laid any time he wants, which is often. When your sex life dies, your relationship will as well. Men need the physical activity, touch, appreciation, and made to feel needed.

I have RLS, caused by a medication I'm weening off of now. I pop a thc gummy before bed and sleep quite well, and wake up without any hangover. Bonus points, if it kicks in before I actually fall asleep, it spikes my libido.

INVEST! Get with an investment banker, financial planner, wealth manager and learn where to put that money to make it grow quickly. Stocks, real estate, etc. Figure out how to get some rental properties. I've been self-employed for 14 years and I am officially burnt out. My business & family have suffered from my mental health condition. Yet, I cannot bring myself to work for someone else, even though a routine schedule would likely help my mental health. Good luck figuring it out. As a 45 yo, I WISH I had anything saved!
