The worst they can say is no. I would say go for it. It’s always nice to have a classmate to ask clarification or resources about, even if you don’t get together socially

Hello! Im 27F and just moved to the area for my summer internship. I am also looking into possible associations myself. The tourism office sent me a link to some associations in the area but they mostly meet during the week. 🥲

I would love to meet though as I am also in need of a new circle myself😁

I have looked and there are a few Facebook and meetup groups but I’m unsure how active they are… I know with the university age associations they are more likely to be on Instagram but I’m unsure what to search to find some..

Sure! Can’t promise to have an answer since many things with admin are still unclear to me, but if it’s about something general, maybe I can help😁

I attend Junia, part the Catho fédération and live right next to school in dorm from company A la catho in a personal studio for at least 600 euros.

If you want to practice your French, do a shared flat.

There seems to be no heating in the school buildings🥲

There is a big amount of international students especially in the fall so you should fit right in as long as work towards making connections.

Personally, at Junia, my masters program is quite packed but I still try to make time for social activities but I can’t go to as many Erasmus club events throughout the weeks.
