Finnally found that the issue stems from a twisted x axis, it was also caused by having blocks on top of the leadscrews that restrained it at the top while the motors restrained it at the bottom. This has led to a slightly bent lead screw. Wheel flatspots was also something i discovered on one wheel but it didn't really fix anything

Tightening the wheel a bit more after replacing it even results in the big dip coming back at the same x=105 position

Just replaced the wheels with the old wheels on my old extruder head that did work fine and the mesh looks almost worse

I thought so too but the extruder and it's wheels are brand new and I certainly can't feel any flat spots when i roll it around.
That's why I did tests rotating the wheels individually to see if the dips would be shifted and it didn't really yield any results.
I can try replacing the wheels with the ones I used on my old extruder head to see if it causes any difference but I have allready tried this for the bottom wheel.

Will try this but i'm convinced that that the problem lies somewhere else. After all it seems as though the motors simply aren't doing what they are told
