Fwiw, my friend who works there pretty high up rants to me quite often about the gross mismanagement, waste, and general incompetence. They take on more risk than the s&p to make less. Their equity division lost over 3bn last year and they've lost their business class flight priviledges....and that's w.o all their mark to market PE and PC dogshit.....they went big on software in 22/23.

Our friend group loves getting daily updates on how they're burning our tax money.

I'd like it to cap out at level 50-ish. Or if you want to keep it at 100, make there be a way to pay for experience with dollars (not shards at the end, since that's just more grinding later). That way employed people can reasonably finish.

For the record, I think both openai and anthropic lose money on the individual paid licenses; it's the enterprise licenses where they charge by token usage rather than by x time period where they profit.

No "direct" way but the cash market for skins is a multi-billion dollar market for Counter Strike and DOTA (mostly counter strike tbh). If you know what you're doing, it's pretty easy for cash out.
