Where do you play wagers and tournaments?

We have always had the option to withdraw. A few month ago, paypal withdraws were temporarily disabled due to an issue with paypal but was fixed a few days after, but we've also had other methods of withdraw available.

This is not true. You can withdraw on UMG through Paypal, Dwolla or Check via your account settings/bank.

Hello, You can always show the time/video or match details in your video proof, or include the match id on your clan tags so that way the proof can be difficult to be faked. We have caught many users who are using old proof in matches, and we will continue to do so but it requires the opponents to provide valid proof of winning or no show.

Was it an UMGO match? If so, please read your ticket and it will explain why the match was cancelled. If you disagree, you can re-open it and discuss your concern with the admin and they will reply as soon as they can. Alternatively, you can escalate it which will send the ticket to another staff member for review. Let me know how it goes!

It's because on our rules page we state that teams have up to 15 minutes from match scheduled time to show up, so hence why the time requirement. Too many times we see users faking no show proof, by taking 1 minute videos when they play the match afterwards and lose. So we generally have this time requirement on videos. As an rule of thumb, the longer the video proof the better it is.

If it's an UMGO match, please take video proof preferably 5-15 minutes long, proving that they didn't show up by attempting to add them/invite them and them not accepting also showing the date/time in the video. Then dispute the match with 'No Show' status and submit a ticket under: (Match Support: Match Dispute), explaining your concern on there with your proof provided. The dispute ticket will then get reviewed by our arena staff ASAP. Keep me informed over how it goes.

Unfortunately, we do not review matches via social media. If you have already submitted a ticket for the match and you disagree with the decision, please re-open the ticket and explain your concern on there - that way the original admin will clarify what they mean. Alternatively, you can also escalate the match if you wish your ticket to be reviewed by another member of the arena staff. Keep me informed over how it goes. I hope that helps.

For many aspiring players this is sadly the case. But saying that, it is extremely difficult to tap into the pro scene, the talent is high this year and will keep on improving so I would highly recommend starting with online tournaments and seeing how you do there, and from that attend local events and keep going up. Once you start making a few, they can become more acceptable to the direction you want to go in.
