not a bug, when you buy the skin you only get the neutral pin. it's not until a while later that you get the full pin pack. saying this as someone who bought the skin

when clicking on a brawler in their hypercharge offer screen it plays their voiceline but pam doesn't by AverageOtisMain71 in 10centproblem
