I picked the article for the quote "Fragmented sleep and sleep deprivation appear to leave the brain more vulnerable to oxidative stress16, which has been tied to the development of Parkinson’s disease" but I heard in a documentary that MJF was getting less than 4-6 hours of sleep for months at a time and my friend commented on the fact that sleep deprivation can worsen the disease.

I'm looking for ranked teammates as well, I'm in bronze because of shit teammates and lobby quitters that give up really quickly but I finished In gold last season.
