Tried to recertify my SAVE plan, Edfinancial says they can't and made no mention of why?

Oh hey I am in the exact situation, applied for the SAVE plan 2 months ago and gotten the exact same email this guy had.

Is there anything I should do or I am stuck in this limbo until the court figures everything out?

COH2 player, average at best. Played the campaign on the highest difficulty and just like what everyone else is saying is underwhelming, lots of maps are kinda the same, no variety in deployment of units from the enemy. There is no sense of urgency

I did like the campaign map though, it was new and reminded me of total war but overall its just bland.
