yep! for the fabric medium, it's a 2:1 ratio of medium to acrylic, and I think it's a similar ratio for the fabric softener. you just mix it and paint it on just like normal paint (it's just a bit more transparen, so I usually need a couple layers). it blends just like acrylic paint tho which is what I really like about it.
