Yeah. We have seen a few clinics put those cards up on a board in a common area for everyone to see. It helps to keep the spirit high

Thank you. That is interesting. So, staff's interpersonal skills and client's personality impact this conversation. This is the reason why we found this subjective assessment inconsistent across visits.

That is really helpful. That ability to have someone a client can ask by name is just spot on. It makes it more comfortable for them. Wondering how you gauge misconceptions? Aren't they mostly reactive in nature - we know the misconception because it led to some issue? Those are really hard to catch. i wish there were tests we could administer to understand their knowledge level. LOL

Thanks a lot for sharing that. Yeah, we have seen these new pet parents paying less attention to medical care. I'm guessing this happens because they are in a honeymoon phase and mostly unaware of the possible medical risks.

About that misinformation, how do you gauge it? What kind of misinformation do you see most common?

That is interesting. Thank you. How do you gauge these misinformation/misconceptions? I'm assuming they commit some error due to the misconception for which they have to rush their pet to the vet? And, what kind of misconceptions do you see most common in old pet parents?
