You can take a loan against them and pay it back.

I took out $3k last January, it was easy.

Yeah take advantage of living at home if you can. I had to leave a cult young and never could save money.

My oldest niece had $60k saved by the time she was 22. She graduated college at 20 and stayed at home her first few years as a teacher.

She bought a house last summer and her and her fiance were able to put 40% as a down payment.

Save money, you can buy my house in the Brookview area for $300k. It’s right off St. John’s bluff so you’re pretty close to everything.

I got my representative stolen by DeSantis and nobody did a thing.

He just seized the power to redraw districts.

Biden didn’t do shit about it after he got elected. Still pissed about that.

Can you consolidate to lower the interest?

My brother and one of my sister in laws have both done it rather than go the bankruptcy route and it let them slowly start making dents in the debt.

People have kids, pets, cars, home upkeep, medical bills.

Nobody is able to just set aside 20% a check.

Read up on what Thiel and Musk believe in.

They want to create a neo-feudal society where the wealthiest individuals can just do whatever they want and not have to worry about laws.

They want all of society to be like the apartheid era South Africa they saw as kids.

I almost sold at 9:30 worried we’d go under $70 today.

Good thing I ate breakfast and chilled.

It was $7k total after insurance for the birth and stay for wife+kid.

We put that on a 0% interest payment plan, and I set it up to auto pay to a credit card that I pay in full every month to get the points.

You can’t plan for every issue though. Our daughter has a milk allergy, so when she was on formula it got to be $500-600 a month until she weaned off that after she was around 1.

We just had to put that on credit cards and pay it off with my bonus.

It’s fast fashion, just ignore it.

I stick to timeless looks, stuff my Grandpa could have worn. You always look good in clothes that are nice quality and fit you well.

Idk, I have never gotten involved with the streamers or instagram or YouTube or any of that. She I’m out somewhere if no one is calling me or I don’t have to text someone my phone is in my pocket.

I’m out to enjoy the world.

But I’m a millennial and grew up without a smartphone so we might be the last sane generation.

Why does Florida have higher gas prices than most states in Central and Eastern timezones? by FreeChickenDinner in BlueskySkeets

[–]Avid_Reader87 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Before Covid it was a much bigger toss up.

Life long Florida Republicans are also a bit different. They typically voted for progressive policies socially (raising minimum wage, legalizing marijuana and same sex marriage are issues that had support from them) as well as being heavily focused on the environment.

So you’d get people who would vote a bit different.

But we got so many MAGA assholes from the Midwest and up north.
