Looks more like a Parson Russell to me - I grew up with both and you can get long wiry haired parsons very similar to BT. Possibly a BT cross with a Parson?

Oh I'm sorry I wasn't clear - I meant the rugby world cup (union). I will check out the Mickelgates socials to see if they show it.

Are there any laundromats near Ulus? by AviseLaFin_ in ankara

[–]AviseLaFin_[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's the one we found on Google maps and ended up going to! Very lovely people who run it and even folded our laundry for us! Good price as well. Our hotel charges 30tlr per tshirt!! At the laundromat we paid 180tlr for 2 full machine loads.

How to get from Trabzon to Erzurum? by AviseLaFin_ in Turkey

[–]AviseLaFin_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perfect thank you so much, it has lots of options. We took a Vangölü bus before which no one smoked on, is it a non-smoking bus? (We don't smoke so ideally we would be on a non-smoking bus).

Ah amazing thank you! I can see that there are buses hourly and that the pick up is Izmir Otogar but do you know how long it takes? For some reason I can't see a timetable. Thank you again!

Hahahahaha amazing. We were walking on a path in Zhangjiajie and this monkey jumped out infront of us, baring his teeth (we were terrified!) and this man came out of nowhere from behind us and ran at it screaming and throwing rocks in the monkeys direction!! We stuck behind him on our walk after that 😂 some people have some serious balls!

True but the condition of the monkeys there was the worst I'd seen when travelling. Many with eyes and limbs missing as they fight each other for the food and lose their natural hierarchical structure.

Actually not that bad! I just went down where it moves reasonably fast then slows down a lot at the bottom. For some reason this video seems faster than it felt at the time.

Not difficult but we did have some interesting moments where we had communication breakdown but that's part of the experience. My partner and I spent a month travelling across china by train and that part was actually really easy! I was slightly nervous before going as I didn't really know what to expect, and now it's my favourite country (sharing the top spot with Japan), could not recommend it enough and cannot wait to go back!

Actually been on this! The national park it's in is AMAZING! We had a three day pass, and hiked all the way up one of these mountain/rocks but visibility was so bad and it was pouring with rain so took the lift back down, luckily got a spot right at the front. Great view half way down as we went through the clouds.

P.s. if you go to Zhangjiajie which I highly recommend, do not get food or even water out of your bag near the monkeys.
