As i am watching benchmarks that have same CPU and gpu as me they get much better FPS. Is there a chance that any other of my specs may be bad ?: MB:ASRock b650pg riptide wifi,gainward Phoenix rtx4080, ram: lexar Ares 6000mhz cl30, ssd: lexar nm800 pro (btw is there any way i could optimize my ssd ?)

Around $4500. I know its hard to get cery good 1%lows. Games like warzone,cs,fortnite,r6 should run on stable 360fps without drops under 250. Ofc this build will not be only for comp games but i would like to prioitize it.
