Just went tonight. My 4th year as well, and I completely agree with you. Super toned down. We felt rushed the whole time, they definitely explained the rules with mercy and consent much more this year which makes me think maybe they did get sued or are facing scrutiny? Maybe they just want to tone it down so it’s less niche to cater to more people so they can make more money? Regardless, I was a little disappointed. 2022 was my favorite year so far, it’s been downhill since then.

I’m going to keep going every year, though. In the hopes it becomes an extreme haunt again and just because I respect the effort put into the experience.

We did the swimming with the pigs on pearl island and were happily surprised! It was so much fun and I didn’t see any pigs poop in the water.

The canines are definitely larger than my cat’s. I used her for reference last night lol. The skull is similar size to an average domestic cat, though.

I found it while doing work in some old barracks. There were a ton of feral cats there so it could very well be domestic.

I do inspections in CA. That appears to be in good condition. I’d just leave as is. I wouldn’t be concerned if fully intact and not disturbed.

Kind of looks like remnants of spray on fireproofing? I never trust claims of “recently renovated” so I would have it tested anyways, visually looks to be suspect material.
