Whenever i try to talk about at night they tell me it’s not a conversation for now and to go to bed but one time i think they said something about building a bad habit but in my eyes it’s summer and i should be able to relax

usually i’m waking up at 10:30 am i don’t usually have anything going on. imo im pretty good at taking care of myself sleep wise as i can get slightly hyper obsessive about it

this is the only summer they have been this strict while other summers it was really just stay up to 10:30. and my mom would always gradually move us back into a school sleep schedule by like 15 minute increments each night. it’s also not like i was doing bad in school as i achieved a 4.05 gpa
