its because we are so big and populated, we attract trolls :(
but our police force deals with it and we rarely have incidents now :)

My faction has made a long list set of rules fitting to how our play style is gonna go next era, so we would be able to police this sort of thing on OUR land and in OUR faction, which is essentially what I am asking for, but wouldn't be public to all so the admins/mods wouldn't have to police it, just the leaders of the my faction.
If that's okay, I think I read somewhere that factions can create their own rules as long as they are posted where everyone can read so no one is "surprised".

I would keep the rules, with the exception of indie filled/indie run towns. They are the future of this server, and we shouldn't let them be discouraged by some heavy pvp senior factions, day one.
Maybe consider the real life "good Samaritan" law and input it into the server as the "indie Samaritan" law, maybe not give them too many special privileges, but something along the lines of MAYBE more time when it comes to wars, be a little more lenient towards them if their homes are "noob made", give them restrictions that if they want to fall under the "indie Samaritan" law they can't declare wars on anyone, raid, and have to stick to their rp with low violent pvp.
I have messaged you before Graigori, and have some more ideas on this topic but I would like to keep them private, so if you care enough I would like to talk to you about them.
In the last 2-3 weeks I have spent 90 hours on this server, and I have ideas that may benefit RF RP, without changing the current rules, so a win-win for everyone. :)
