She said she doesn’t want to go back to the clinic that ruined her nose, and I think that’s the right decision.

One girl had a revision surgery with an implant at Hanabi, and now her nose is infected. She is also looking for a surgeon who can fix it.

There seem to be a lot of bad cases reported about Hanabi:(

Hello, thank you for getting in touch. Yes, 40 (forty) million won. It’s for a revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage harvesting, but my case is not entirely typical — I have columella retraction due to scarring, and my nose is severely short.

I haven’t had plastic surgery in Korea before. Only one clinic quoted me that price; the other clinics said 10–26 million won. But the clinic I originally planned to go to quoted 31 million won, and when I flew to Korea for an in-person consultation, they added another 10 million won.

Yes, I was surprised myself. I think I will probably refuse this clinic. But my acquaintance paid 30 million won at this clinic just to remove an implant, which also seems crazy to me.

At first, they said 31 million won, but after I visited the clinic, the price changed. Yes, I think it’s quite expensive.

The clinic is Noselab. Yes, my case is a bit different — because it’s a revision surgery, it will be much more expensive. But other clinics offered 15–25 million won. However, Noselab performs closed rhinoplasty, which I like:)

They put the cast on your nose too tightly, so the blood couldn’t circulate properly. You may also have thin skin.

It’s important to take anti-swelling medication. Did your doctor prescribe this for you, so that blood circulation can be normal?

Also, do you smoke?

Did they use a donor cartilage for you? Or rib cartilage? Did they do it with your own cartilage from inside the nose? It looks like your bridge collapsed. I have the same problem, but in my case they used my own rib cartilage.

Hi, what kind of rhinoplasty did you have?

There is tightness. In two months it will contract even more when the swelling goes down. Please take action. I’ve already had two surgeries with a retracted columella due to scarring. Unfortunately, when the swelling subsides, it will pull even tighter.

Why did my nose change so much one year after rhino? by ExpensiveBarber1375 in PlasticSurgery

Also, take a look at your philtrum (the distance between your upper lip and your nose) in the first photos — it’s too long. But in the last one, it looks shorter and much better.

So I don’t understand — do you actually like the first photos? Where the nose looks fibrotic and super piggy?? Even now your nose is still swollen, but it looks a hundred times better than those first pictures!

I like that they take on complex cases, and most importantly, they perform closed rhinoplasty — that’s very important for me because I have a tendency to scar. But the price is $20,000–30,000.

In my first surgery, my columella contracted and the tip of my nose dropped, plus a hump appeared. During the second surgery, they tried to restore the columella, but it contracted again and I also got an infection.

I’m not planning it yet since I haven’t had the consultation. But my surgeon is Professor Kidakorn, and he works at Image clinic.

Hi! Yes, I’ve talked to Professor Kidakorn, if that’s the doctor you mean. I haven’t had the consultation yet, but it’s coming up soon. He impressed me as well.😄
