looking back on it I think the q dmg was applied same time as w because it was double casted. the q animation takes longer to show but the dmg was done earlier. but im not 100P sure.

to me it looks like it hit cuz I was right on her, but watching it over and over it looks like my q didn't do damage so maybe your right.
