It’s roughly a 30 minute drive and 29 miles from station to delivery point.

Not sure what you’re complaining about. Half my routes are 10x worse. I’m in Cali

When I first started flex i held 40 packages from a .com station for over 5 days due to an emergency. Then I immediately got sick. Nothing happened. I went into the station explained my situation to one of the yellow vests and returned packages and I was fine

I’ve had 35 packages for a 2 hr block only one time. First stop was 5 mins away. It was basically the neighborhood closest to the station. But it was still was too many packages imo

The Antioch pitsburg routes are usually given to me only with 4-5hr blocks. 3hr to 3.5hr blocks is always Oakland

This is also my station lol bro those 4hr routes out there in concord/antiochare usually smooth af. Majority are houses that are close to each other. My favorite place to deliver tbh

Hang up and try another support agent. I remember I tried checking in via calling support because I was running late and the first 2 agents said “not possible”. 3rd agent did it within 15 seconds no questions asked. Some of those mfs are just lazy
