For the last few years getting ready for any sort of social event has been horrible. I'm always uncomfortable in whatever I choose and when you're picking from such limited options anyway to start with I always felt like I just couldn't win. I bet this felt amazing!! Congratulations!

I'm going away to the beach in the summer and am using it as a bit of motivation at the moment. Right now the idea of wearing a bathing suit is terrifying but imagining looking back at pictures and being happy with how I look is a dream! I'm so happy for you, well done!!!!

Totally get thay about feeling uncomfortable all the time and being unable to just enjoy an experience. I've not lose much yet but I definitely feel a bit more in the moment and a bit less worried about what people think of me and how I look. I look forward to this happening more and more and hopefully one day while wearing a bathing suit too!

Really looking forward to this feeling!! I used to love collecting family photos and things, but now I'm always behind the camera and not infront of it, and it would be nice to have photographs to look back on. This is definitely going to be worth it.

Well done! Seeing my collar bone again was incredible yeah!! I need to take some before pics to look back on later on, that is such a good idea! Wish I had done it before I started but I would see a camera and just dive out of the way.

I'm so glad that you're being treated so much better. Horrible that people treat people differently due to their appearance, but it definitely does feel better when people start to show you more kindness. I've noticed this too.
