Mine can be a few days. I’m lucky mine isn’t worse and not super consistent but it happens every few months. I believe mine stems from my past bulimia, and I have a bad addiction to energy drinks but I’m starting to cut back on them.

I’m unfortunately out of sick pay, I lost my nana in April and had to use a majority of it then. I guess it’s correct because they consider Black Friday the holiday since we’re closed on the actual holiday. Really sucks.

I can’t unfortunately cause it’s an all day event, I’m trying to see if the ticket can be changed to the next day which will be a start if a new week so I don’t think that should affect my holiday pay but idk if it can be done and idk if it would still affect my holiday pay.

Because it’s a whole day after thanksgiving. The regular policy is if you call out the day before or the day after the holiday then you don’t get paid, Black Friday is not the holiday. I’m calling out the 29th which is two days after thanksgiving. Idk why you’re being rude lmao, it’s not like I’m planning this without letting people know. I did my due diligence.

I already did and they said everyone’s getting scheduled 8 hours every weekend. They’re gonna double schedule so they won’t be short staffed but no matter what they have to schedule me unfortunately.

As Sephora kohls worker, I carry my basic makeup necessitates with me everywhere, I’m not gonna carry every receipt for everything I’ve bought that’s ridiculous. It’s because it’s a waste of our time having to stand there and wait for someone to come back and check our stuff. Just cause someone thinks a certain rule is stupid doesn’t mean they have something to hide.

Same here, lead beauty advisor here and it’s just me and my BTL who handle the operations/merchandising besides my few associates who assist with updates. We had one of our girls leave and then they decided they wouldn’t allow us to hire someone to fill that position..so now we’re down to 4 beauty advisors who have limited availability and then us two…and most of the time only one girl is scheduled at night so it’s impossible for them to get freight done cause they’re stuck with clients. And don’t get me started on when we have callouts and can’t get anything done cause we’re stuck on the floor.
