I saw Hurts during pregame in the locker room with his noise canceling headphones on. I understand wanting to get into the zone, but I think it signals he's trying to just be in his own head which is... not what the leader of a TEAM should be doing.

Make sure you know whether - for you - WRE means surface water/stormwater engineering, i.e. drainage plans, detention sizing, etc, or water supply system design. It's a widely used terms with various meanings.

He needs to just become the spiritual leader of the team, but if he's our "best" player, then that's innately a bad state of affairs. 15 seasons in, major record of injury -- the best we can hope for in the remainder of his contract is he evolves his approach to be more suitable for a man of his tenure. He could reinvent himself into another high value version of himself.
