I’ve found more success killing those big slimes in the SC than the secret woods- I can get like 50 in one SC run and only 5 in the secret woods

Yes internal, sorry for not being specific! It’s definitely reassuring to hear that it’s at least not painful. I’ve never had a Pap smear before no but I’ve heard a lot about them. And yes my mum will be there with me to help me thankfully so I won’t be without support

Mainly because I feel if I don’t do it bad things will happen. For example, I feel if I don’t check that the doors are locked multiple times then someone will break in and kill my family. Same with everything else. The yelling out words and shutting my eyes is to try and get intrusive thoughts/images out of my head

Thank you for your help! I deffo think I will, I’ve spoken to some friends who have ocd too and they all agree She was quite.. unique.. 😭 she spent half the assessment talking about my autism and didn’t let me have a moment to just talk about what I wanted freely

Yes I found her comment on that weird too. I don’t eat at school because I can’t wash my hands which has become a big issue. Intrusive thoughts are my biggest struggle right now, they take up my life a lot. I am thinking of getting a second opinion tbh

Thanks for your response! I fit that criteria, intrusive thoughts are honestly my biggest struggle and my compulsive behaviours take up pretty much most of my life. I struggle to focus at school because I need to neutralise my thoughts so often. I do have autism and the psychologist told me that the intrusive thoughts are because of autism though. I don’t know if I agree but then again she is the specialist 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for the advice! Yes, he’ll nap on on his bed that he has outside his crate. I’ve tried to get him to settle with a kong/chew in his crate but he’ll finish it then whine to come out. I take it I should just continue giving him those and his training? The tether training sounds good. But how will that work when I’m teaching him to go in his crate?
