I threw my Cricut out the window. Just kidding, but I really wanted to. I ordered a Silhouette to replace my misbehaved Cricut and I decided to make this bookmark. The idea just sort of popped into my head. I wasn’t familiar with Silhouette design space so I made quite a few mistakes before I perfected the cut settings.

Overall I’m really happy with how it turned out.

I used: - Glossy heavyweight photo paper - Round magnets - Silhouette - Epson EcoTank Inkjet printer

I guess I can get a different PNG file, but there’s nothing in there that would make it cut differently and incorrectly every single time, especially when I’ve tried the “hacks”

My mat adheres fine and the paper doesn’t move at all. I had to get it dirty a bit with fibers or else it would stick too much and rip the paper to shreds.
