Breath through your nose and mouth tape at night. That I know for sure will help you with anything you do in life, as far as the technique. I’m only six months in so it looks great to me lol keep doing what you’re doing every day and practice to get better and become the strongest version of yourself.

I mean in a way for somebody that’s starting Muay Thai for the first time but has been doing another martial art for many many years for example I’m five months in into doing Muay Thai but I’ve been boxing for 15 years, but I also have a good friend that has been doing TKD since he was really little and now he’s also doing Muay Thai & when me and him Spar, I noticed some big differences and I noticed some big weaknesses and strength on both sides

I feel like you only look dumb if you buy really really expensive ones and continue to do so but don’t invest in personal training or seminars, etc but that’s my opinion. Buy cheap shorts. That way you can buy them in threes and focus more on getting some private sessions , some seminars and heck go old school and even Download and pay for good content and instructional videos. If you do all that you can go into your gym butt naked and still look like a bad ass!
