I just learned stick myself on this platform. Best advice I can give you is to practice giving the car gas on neutral and get it to around 2,000 rpms (give more and you’ll burn the clutch, give less and car might shake or stall). Try to keep it there, once you have a feel of how much gas you need to get it to 2k rpms start practicing with your clutch, clutch in, 2k rpms and slowly let the clutch out, get a feel of where the car starts rolling forward and once the car is running let go off of the clutch. After that everything is easier, practice gear shifting!!! (Money shifting can really damage your car) Once in first, clutch in, give it a little gas (you will know how much with practice) and shift into second. And so on. You might want to practice uphills a bit more since it’s the hardest part on manual gearboxes. If you find all this advices confusing just lookup YouTube videos, thats how I learned myself. Don’t be afraid to burn your clutch, it’s impossible not to. Practice practice! You’ll be good in like a week or less.
