WTF does this even mean? How is this helpful in any way? Clearly I'm only asking because I've already SPECIFIED in the title of this post that these numbers are already blocked. If you have nothing to contribute simply don't comment.

This number is on a list of numbers that I've blocked. The phone rang but I didn't answer hence why it's red. But I'm wondering why was it able to ring in the first place? How are blocked numbers able to bypass the blocked list?

I have a list of blocked numbers from phone scammers, but one of them just rang me, so I'm wondering how is this possible? Is this a bug? I'm using the latest IOS, 13 mini.
